Job Description:

Talent Employment Inc is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services
  • Administer contracts for supply and service provision
  • Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
  • Direct maintenance and repair of equipment and electrical systems
  • Hire and oversee staff training and supervision
  • Plan and manage facility operations budget
  • Organize administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Work experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on location)
