Job Title: Facilities Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Facilities Manager at Cordeiro Roofing Ltd. This is a permanent position offering 44 hours of work per week.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management, accounting, and security and surveillance systems. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
  • Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing and expense reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as confidentiality agreements.
  • Coordinate transportation and travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Have previous experience in fleet management, accounting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
