Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the daily maintenance and repairs of our properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Ensure that all common areas and amenities are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
  • Safety and Security: Conduct regular safety and security checks to ensure that our properties are secure and free from hazards.
  • Supervision: Supervise and train other workers as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our property managers, tenants, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
  • Dental plan and health benefits provided.
  • 40 hours per week, permanent position.
  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
  • English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
