Job Description:

The New Canadian Cleaning Company Inc is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning service company, ensuring the highest level of safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.

About the Job:

We offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in our organization. As a Facilities Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will also be responsible for inspecting sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, preparing budgets and cost estimates, maintaining financial records, and assisting cleaners in performing their duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of cleaning staff
  • Coordinate activities and ensure efficient task completion
  • Inspect sites or facilities to maintain safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a cleaning service company. You should have excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A high school graduation certificate is required, and you should be physically capable of standing for extended periods. You must also have a client-focused approach and be willing to establish work schedules as needed.

Salary:

Our estimated salary for this role is between $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
