The Enterprise Account Executive Role

This position focuses on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition. You will be part of our innovative sales culture, committed to building the best salesforce in technology.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales pipelines (100% net new logos)
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, resulting in growth opportunities
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamps, sophisticated sales training, and leadership development programs

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years field experience in quota-carrying roles in fast-paced markets with a focus on closing net new logos
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Fluent in English
  • Driven and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, develops, and open-source technology is a plus

This role offers an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000, based on performance and location. The role will be based remotely in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
