About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing team in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to leverage their sales and marketing skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume outbound calls to prospective law firms to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with our Business Development team.
  • Build relationships with clients through social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Twitter.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and exceed team goals to drive success.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in sales as an SDR/BDR, preferably in the professional services sector.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, including Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook calendaring.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
