Dynamic Sales Growth Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing team in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to leverage their sales and marketing skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-volume outbound calls to prospective law firms to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with our Business Development team.
- Build relationships with clients through social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Twitter.
- Achieve weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and exceed team goals to drive success.
- Experience in sales as an SDR/BDR, preferably in the professional services sector.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, including Salesforce.
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook calendaring.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive estimated salary of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
