Vice President of Sales and Growth

**About the Role**
We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Sales and Growth to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. This is a pivotal position that will play a key role in driving business growth, sales strategy, and revenue expansion.
Job Summary:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture market share and achieve aggressive revenue and profit objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organization, including hiring, training, and deployment.
- Maintain and improve senior-level relationships with existing customers to drive additional revenues.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales success.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- A highly intelligent and strategically-minded sales executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong industry and market awareness, with experience analyzing customer buying patterns and market trends.
- Proven ability to participate actively in the sales process, interacting with potential and current customers.
- Previous experience in a software-based company, preferably with North America-wide experience in mid-markets.
- Strong team orientation, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and lead from the front.
