About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our team at OneStream Software. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in your designated region or territory.


This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise in enterprise software solutions to drive business success and achieve individual and team sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities and upsell/cross-sell services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify new leads, develop effective sales strategies, and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, sales representation, or related occupations specifically in B2B selling across the enterprise.
  • Exceptional sales and leadership skills, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, including OneStream products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other analytical tools, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.


What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
