Job Summary:

Aviva Investors is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Canadian Distribution team as the Head of Distribution Canada. This strategic role requires a client-centric expert with deep knowledge of the Canadian marketplace and a proven track record of delivering business growth.

About the Role:

As the Head of Distribution Canada, you will be responsible for leading the Canadian Distribution team and developing a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the Institutional, Insurance, and Wealth channels in line with business objectives. You will work closely with the Global Head of Distribution and other senior leaders to drive business growth and enhance existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth in Canada
  • Lead the Canadian Distribution team to deliver exceptional client service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform business decisions
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of public and private markets
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and developing high-performing teams
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, Masters in Finance, MBA)
