Senior Distribution Executive - Canada

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive growth and success in the Canadian market as a key member of our Global Distribution team.

  • Lead the Canadian Distribution team and leverage the broader resources of Aviva to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute business development and client retention strategies across Institutional, Insurance, and Wealth channels.
  • Maintain and enhance existing client relationships while delivering high-quality service.

As a senior member of the Distribution leadership team, you will report directly to the Chief Distribution Officer and collaborate with colleagues across UK, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow the Institutional, Insurance, and Wealth channels in line with objectives agreed with the Global Head of Distribution.
  • Deliver and execute upon Canadian Distribution business development and client retention strategies.
  • Lead the Distribution efforts in Canada to maintain and enhance existing client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of public and private markets.
  • Excellent practical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements with a consistent record of practical compliance.
  • Relevant post-graduate qualifications (e.g. CFA, CAIA, Masters in Finance, MBA).
