About the Position

The Relationship Manager is a key role at Pinnacle Infotech Inc, responsible for nurturing business relationships with clients to optimize retention, satisfaction, and engagement with the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients to Pinnacle, including attending kick-off meetings, familiarizing them with company processes, documentation, and service standards, and communicating client priorities within Pinnacle teams.
  • Support the Production team by acting as a subject matter expert on trade or Canada construction standards, intervening when quality or customer satisfaction concerns arise, and escalating to senior management when necessary.
  • Represent Pinnacle Infotech Inc at industry events, conduct presentations to clients, prospects, and the broader AEC community, and augment the volume of work through cross-selling, upselling, or referrals.
  • Contribute to a knowledge database by leveraging knowledge about each assigned client's organizational structure, services, business growth objectives, and scope of work to enrich the data in the CRM for leadership and Business Development teams.
  • Ensure smooth account management by addressing business matters on accounts, including delinquent payments, RFPs/proposal submissions, contractual changes, terms, and conditions of service.
  • Offboard clients, ensuring adequate documentation, data maintenance, and records are complete.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of AEC industry experience with knowledge of constructability, codes, and different stakeholders (owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers).
  • Fluent in business administration practices, particularly with client success.
  • Fluent in BIM technology.
  • Experience in a global work environment.
