Global Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Global Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in customer service, relationship management, and financial analysis to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, providing tailored solutions and advice to meet their complex financial needs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer retention, and enhance our market share.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer data and market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute customized solutions and pitches to meet the unique needs of our customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in banking or finance.
- Proven track record of success in relationship management, sales, or account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
