Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary range of $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThe Role: As our Client Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries and activities, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client projects and initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, legislative requirements, and industry developments to stay informed about changes impacting key accounts and our business.
- Prepare and present reports to operations, providing insights and recommendations for meeting SLAs and increasing business.
- Represent Lifemark at meetings, industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network of key clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience required.
- Proven track-record of successfully managing accounts or sales, with at least 3 years of experience in account management.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management, account planning, and general sales techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective business operational effectiveness and continuation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
