We offer a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary range of $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Role: As our Client Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries and activities, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client projects and initiatives.
  3. Monitor market trends, legislative requirements, and industry developments to stay informed about changes impacting key accounts and our business.
  4. Prepare and present reports to operations, providing insights and recommendations for meeting SLAs and increasing business.
  5. Represent Lifemark at meetings, industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network of key clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience required.
  • Proven track-record of successfully managing accounts or sales, with at least 3 years of experience in account management.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management, account planning, and general sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective business operational effectiveness and continuation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
