At Comfort Property Management, we are seeking a skilled Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for negotiating and approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring that terms are met, and preparing and administering contracts for property services. You will also coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations, monitor progress and costs, and compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income. Additionally, you will prepare expense and income reports, respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations
  • Monitor progress and costs
  • Compile and maintain records
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Respond to trouble calls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
