Job Title: Property Administrator

Comfort Property Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including negotiating leases, managing maintenance, and coordinating repairs.

Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met and maintained
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of accounting software
