We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Comfort Property Management.

Job Summary:

The Property Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met and contracts are prepared and administered
  • Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations, monitoring progress and costs
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to trouble calls and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
