Business Development Representative

At goeasy, we're expanding our team of Inside Sales Representatives for our esteemed LendCare subsidiary.
We offer a wide range of financial products and services, including lease-to-own merchandise, unsecured and secured installment loans, direct-to-consumer auto loans, and point-of-sale financing to merchants in various sectors.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling complementary products to existing customers.
You'll also be responsible for initiating outbound calls, responding to client inquiries, and educating customers on available offerings.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
- Knowledge of the automotive finance industry or experience as a finance manager is a strong asset
- A process-driven sales approach, coupled with adaptability and a 'can-do' attitude
- Outstanding communication skills
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
