Job Description

We are seeking a talented Business Development Marketing Manager to join our team in Pickering, ON. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development through innovative marketing strategies.

This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future direction of our partner marketing initiatives. You will have the chance to build processes and strategies from the ground up, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, B2B expertise, and financial services.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing account-based marketing strategies to engage our partners, monitor and evaluate the performance of partner programs, and provide sales enablement support to our sales teams and partners.

You will also collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on external marketing activities and events, identify areas for enhancement, and develop targeted strategies to address them. Additionally, you will champion the LendCare brand and voice, ensuring it resonates across all platforms.

Estimated Salary Range:
