IT Application and Project Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for IT and project management? Do you have a strong understanding of business requirements and a knack for finding creative solutions? We're looking for an IT Application and Project Coordinator to join our team at TotalEnergies Marketing Deutschland GmbH in Berlin.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and evaluate business requirements, proposing solutions that align with our IT strategy.
  • Implement IT projects from kick-off to go-live, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of IT projects and applications in your area of responsibility.
  • Manage supplier contracts and SLAs, ensuring compliance with our IT security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless operation of centrally managed applications.
Requirements:
  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in the IT or digital sector.
  • Knowledge of project and change management methods.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
  • Strong teamwork, customer orientation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
