We are recruiting for an Executive Healthcare Manager with an OT registration in COTO to work with our multi-disciplinary healthcare teams in the London area.

Role Overview

The Executive Healthcare Manager plays a vital leadership role within both regional and companywide healthcare teams, growing our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to motivate staff and deliver exceptional quality healthcare.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Rehab First's healthcare operations in your region, ensuring delivery of high standards and benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic direction and goals to meet growth and financial performance targets.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best practices are consistently applied.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's Degree (required).
  • 3+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (required).
  • Registration in COTO (required).
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle (required).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% (required).

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
