At RhynoCare, we are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Program Manager to lead our nursing program at one of our vibrant Long Term Care communities. As an expert clinician and leader, you will oversee and manage the care needs of residents while guiding and supporting a team of talented healthcare professionals.

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled manager with a strong background in healthcare to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include providing leadership, coaching, and support to the nursing staff, achieving resident satisfaction and employee engagement targets, meeting quality indicators, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can take a collaborative approach to work with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families to develop customized care plans. You will be responsible for managing available funding and leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality compassionate care to our residents.

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a managerial or supervisory capacity in a health care setting
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in the long-term care sector
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the applicable Provincial licensing body is required as well as the successful completion of Nursing Unit Administrator Program
  • Current C.P.R. designation is required

What We Offer

RhynoCare offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a salary range of $$$80,000 - $$120,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience, depending on location.
