We are currently seeking a Regional Manager/Registered Occupational Therapist with COTO registration to join our multi-disciplinary healthcare teams in the London area.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional quality healthcare services to individuals in your region.

You will play a vital leadership role within both regional and companywide healthcare teams, growing our client base and ensuring we surpass customer expectations.

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of Rehab First's healthcare operations in your region, guaranteeing effective and efficient delivery of our benchmarks and high standards.

Your Responsibilities
  • Grow our client base and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop business strategies to achieve financial success
  • Represent Rehab First regionally and nationally
  • Lead a team of clinical professionals to deliver exceptional care

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Requirements
  • COTO registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
  • 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Driver's license, valid insurance, and reliable vehicle
