Job Summary

The Gift Shop is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support, handle customer inquiries, and maintain our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and forward phone calls and electronic inquiries
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • Send and receive messages, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits, and provide general information to clients and the public
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and perform data entry
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support our team

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and electronic mail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
