Grewal Logistics Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The successful candidate will be required to oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, work a 40-hour week, and have a strong understanding of English language.
