We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team at B.C. LTD. DBA Sussex Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role. They will be organized, able to multitask, and have a quick learning ability.
The Office Support Specialist will also be responsible for providing diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees, as well as providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth and Indigenous workers.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week in English. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent administrative support, we encourage you to apply.
