Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Customer Service Expert to join our team at Pita Pit. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments and meetings in a timely manner.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, correspondence, and task completion.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
