Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Craft and execute the sales strategy to ensure consistent meeting and exceeding of sales targets
  • Build, manage, and maintain strategic relationships with clients and potential clients across different industries

Requirements

  • 7-to-12-year sales experience, with at least 2 years in managing a comparable inside sales team
  • Significant inside sales experience is a prerequisite
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Self-starter with ability to manage productive relationships with key internal and external partners and all stakeholders
