Description:
Working as part of our development team, the Development Coordinator will be responsible for simultaneously working on multiple multi-family residential projects through each stage of the development process. The duties expected from the Development Coordinator are as follows:

- Support members of the land acquisitions team by assembling data that relates to project feasibility.
- Facilitate communication between the company and various members of project consultant teams.
- Create and manage schedules to ensure project schedules reflect reality
- Administer and monitor budget and consultant contracts.
- Ability to take direction and implement the development program in accordance with the project objectives.
- Support various members of the Development team as needed.

**Requirements**:
In addition, to thrive within the Everglade team, applicants must be:

- Highly driven, creative, detail oriented and resourceful;
- Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a similar position or a planning, real estate or construction environment.
- Team Player, able and willing to build positive relationships;
- Knowledge of local government regulatory and Planning processes and policies, current development processes and trends.
- Positive in outlook, with an inclination to see the best in people and situations;
- Passionate about real estate and motivated to better our community;
- Natural problem solver, able to persist when confronted with a challenge;
- Detail-oriented, able to devise and suggest effective systems and processes;
- Ethical, respectful and good-humoured.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
