**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As part of the Power System Sales (PSS) Canada team you will be representing Siemens Energy (SE) across the entire portfolio (Gas Service, Grid Technology, and Transformation of Industry). You will support and consult your customers along the energy value chain as key contact for new equipment.

You actively shape the energy world of tomorrow by working across all products and offerings of SE. You are passionate about identifying new business opportunities, and to build and improve relationships across all stake holders.

As Account / Business Development Manager for British Columbia (BC), you will be responsible for customer relationship management, proactively progressing the business and leading all technical and commercial aspects of opportunities from finding, shaping, developing, to closing.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

Lead the pursuit of opportunities in BC to deliver on the growth and sales targets:

- Working across the entire SE portfolio and on cross-business opportunities
- Build strong partnerships with end customers, EPC’s, and all other involved stakeholders. Be the partner of choice for the Energy Transition
- Shape the scope of projects by early involvement and proactive reach out
- Increase SE’s market share by pushing growth potential and identifying new opportunities like hydrogen production and decarbonization of industries

**What You Bring**
- Completed technical post-secondary education - University/College or higher
- Familiar with sales methods like Monetized Value Selling or Stake Holder Analysis
- Experience in leading projects across different business areas (being familiar with agile roles like SCRUM / KANBAN is beneficial)
- Deep understand of the energy market and customer landscape in BC
- Ability to multitask several accounts, opportunities, and priorities at the same time
- Travel up to 50%

This job may be based in British Columbia. Siemens Energy offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness, paid time off and holiday pay. The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - 150,000 CAD and the annual incentive target is 10%. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
