Senior IT Project Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead projects in the area of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and new sites, focusing on Information Services to enable business solutions.
About the Role- Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead IT projects with a focus on business targets.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, scope, and high quality.
- Drive the delivery model in alignment with BASF Digital Services strategy targets.
- Lead large cross-functional, cross-regional project teams throughout the project phases in a global environment.
- A Master's degree or University degree in Applied Sciences, Information Technologies, Business IT, or Business Administration, with several years of IT business solution consultant or general business experience.
- PMP Certification or similar.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, including mergers & acquisitions projects, and familiarity with IT challenges.
- SAP ERP experience is a plus.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and communication skills.
- Well-developed conflict management skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
