About the Role:
Volaris Group is seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate development team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions that drive growth and expansion for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire acquisition process from initial evaluation to integration, including financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation, and post-close monitoring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, shareholders, and other industry professionals.
- Identify and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities that align with our company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, technology, HR, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of acquired businesses.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target markets and industries, including key trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or a related field.
