Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Sales Associate to maintain existing relationships with contractors, developers, and the design community. This key role demands exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to adapt to changing conditions. If you have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the precast concrete industry, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and development
  • Provide technical leadership and support to customers to help them understand the benefits of using precast concrete products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
  • Sales tracking and recording to inform business decisions and drive performance
  • Travel throughout Ontario as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Engineering or Construction
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the precast concrete industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience with 3D modeling software (Tekla) and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
