Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton International Airport. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Room Assignments
Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Front Desk OperationsProcess group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
Customer ServiceProvide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
Administrative TasksMaintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform various clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
CommunicationAnswer telephone calls and relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Work Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
LanguageFluency in English.
Work Schedule32 hours per week.
Work EnvironmentThis is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods.
