About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Holiday Inn Express. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Information Provision: Provide general information about local points of interest and attractions to our guests.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow established emergency and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a clear and concise manner.
  • Special Needs Assistance: Assist guests with special needs and requirements in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
