Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Holiday Inn Express. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Information Provision: Provide general information about local points of interest and attractions to guests.
- Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow established emergency and safety procedures to ensure guest safety and security.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a clear and concise manner.
- Special Needs Assistance: Assist guests with special needs and requirements in a respectful and professional manner.
- Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: English language proficiency.
