We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Holiday Inn Express. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide general information about points of interest in the area, enhancing our guests' experience.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring seamless operations.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing the well-being of our guests and staff.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing excellent communication skills.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 40 hours per week of work.
