Job Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating pricing, ensuring timely follow-up with clients, and managing sales budgets and targets.



Responsibilities:



  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills both in person and on the phone
  • Participate and manage Salesforce CRM tools
  • Establish, meet, and review sales and product budgets, sales results, and strategic plans
  • Provide support to further develop and maintain the sales territory
  • Responsible for achieving sales, product, and market targets
  • Gather and compile qualified market feedback
  • Follow-up on sales activity with Branch Sales Manager
  • Coordinate and report projects, over preset limit
  • Regularly submit feedback to the Purchasing Department
  • Complete, submit, and follow-up on quotations
  • Develop, review, and document new business opportunities (accounts and products)
  • Assist with and participate in physical count of company inventories
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment


Requirements:



To be considered for this role, you must have:



  • 3-5 years of sales experience (inside and outside sales)
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma specializing in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Keen attention to detail and strong sense of urgency when required
  • Dynamic communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Proven track record of successfully maintaining accounts
  • Client-focused, professional, and results-oriented
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a great asset

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
