Sales Development Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Electrical & Automation Industry Careers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Account Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with our customers.
- Market Feedback: Gather and compile qualified market feedback to inform our sales strategies and improve our products and services.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and report on projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.
- Feedback and Reporting: Regularly submit feedback to our Purchasing Department, providing insights on market trends and customer needs.
- Quotations and Submissions: Complete, submit, and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
- New Business Opportunities: Develop, review, and document new business opportunities, identifying potential customers and developing sales strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with our Regional Manager to submit articles to our ECS Newsletter, promoting our company and products to our customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist with physical counts of our company inventories, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of successfully maintaining accounts.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Dynamic communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with our customers.
- CRM Experience: Working knowledge of CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience a great asset.
