Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Retail Sales Business Development Representative to join our Western Commercial team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and supporting relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations. Your goal will be to ensure brilliant execution of sales strategies and product standards in stores.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Execution and Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities are executed according to prior agreements or brand strategy, including installing, replacing, and updating point-of-sale material.
- Distribution and Product Quality: Verify that Molson products are in full distribution across assigned accounts, checking for expired product and ensuring compliance with pricing standards.
- Competitive Activity: Monitor and report on competitive activity in the market, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
- Post-Secondary Degree: A degree in Marketing or Business-related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or sales within the Molson organization or other consumer packaged goods organizations.
- Licenses and Certifications: A valid provincial driver's license in good standing is required.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
