Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and displayed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train sales floor staff, including providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
