- Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience in our store.
- Inventory and Cash Management
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring the store is well-stocked and products are easily accessible.
- Manage cash, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining a secure environment.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
