Employee Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our National HR team as an Employee Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for rolling out our employee listening strategy and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Qualtrics system.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the SME for the Qualtrics Employee Experience Listening Survey Tools, providing technical and operational guidance to the HR community.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Performance and Engagement, to develop and implement talent process and employee listening initiatives leveraging Qualtrics functionality.
- Provide consultation, training, and support to the Specialist, Employee Listening and Engagement, on executing listening and talent strategies.
- Liaise with HR Technology and HR Automation to troubleshoot data issues and automate employee experience processes.
- Share feedback and insights from a Canadian firm perspective to the KPMG Global listening table.
- Experience with the Qualtrics EX platform, including creating surveys, survey question logic, and building survey hierarchies and dashboards.
- Experience developing national or company-wide surveys within a matrixed organizational structure.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an HR/Talent related function, with 3-4 years of experience in a leadership or specialist role.
- Strong understanding of survey methodologies, quantitative research, survey design, and data management.
- Ability to problem-solve and continuously improve, with a strong understanding of broad-scale impact and underlying details.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as PowerBI.
- Superb communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Track record of building strong, lasting relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English at a business level is required.
