The Employee Experience Solutions Specialist role at Bond Brand Loyalty involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This position reports to the Manager, Experience Design.

Bond Brand Loyalty offers a unique opportunity to work with a cross-functional team of experience designers and industry professionals to create engaging solutions for international clients in various sectors.

As an Experience Designer, you will support the development of a wide range of customer and employee experience solutions for our clients. This may include:

  • Enablement and Training: Assessing learning needs, analyzing existing training assets, and creating instructor-led training, eLearning, mLearning, workshops, and post-tests.
  • Engagement and Communications: Writing copy for videos, job aids, and infographics, and researching to support market scans.
  • Employee Engagement and Customer Experience Discovery: Supporting the development of facilitation guides and activity design for co-creations and workshops, scribing at interactive sessions to document participant feedback and insights, and aiding the development of customer journey maps.
  • Helping develop and localize materials for different markets.

Key qualities for this role include:

  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to develop effective and engaging copy for video scripts, communications, reports, e-learning, workshops, and more.
  • Visual design skills and a talent for presenting ideas in a compelling way.
  • A client-centric mindset.
  • The ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in foundational computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

A minimum of 2 years of experience designing and developing solutions in relevant areas of focus, such as employee experience, customer experience, learning and enablement, or communications, is required. A post-secondary degree in a related field is an asset. The ability to apply design thinking and Human-Centered Design to your development process is a definite asset.
