Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless data entry into our HRIS system, Workday, capturing essential employee information.
  • Coordinate and conduct comprehensive New Hire orientation programs, creating a positive and informative experience for all participants.
  • Collaborate closely with the People and Talent Acquisition teams to refine and manage onboarding procedures, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, bridging the gap between Hiring Managers, New Hires, and HR/People Managers throughout the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Streamline IT and functional onboarding for new employees, handling multiple time-sensitive tasks with precision.
  • Administer exit interviews effectively, gathering valuable insights and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively offer feedback and propose innovative solutions to optimize routine processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Implement cutting-edge, technology-driven solutions to elevate task efficiency and data analysis capabilities.
  • Identify key challenges and collaborate with stakeholders to develop swift and effective resolutions.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in French is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a valuable asset.
  • Deep understanding of people processes and best practices.
  • Empathetic and people-oriented mindset, fostering positive relationships.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, managing multiple demands effectively.
  • Innovative, creative, results-driven, and process-oriented approach.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and seeking innovative solutions.

Experience:

Prior experience in Human Resources is beneficial; however, entry-level candidates with a strong passion for employee experience will also be considered.
