Overview

KPMG Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our National HR team as an Employee Experience Specialist. As part of our Employee Experience Centre of Excellence, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our employee listening and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Qualtrics Employee Experience Listening Survey Tools, providing technical and operational guidance to the HR community.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Performance and Engagement, to develop and implement employee listening and engagement initiatives, leveraging Qualtrics functionality.
  • Provide consultation and training to HR teams on survey analysis and talent process design, ensuring seamless integration with our HR systems.
  • Liaise with HR Technology and HR Automation to troubleshoot data issues and automate employee experience processes.
  • Contribute to the KPMG Global listening table, sharing insights and best practices from a Canadian firm perspective.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of survey methodologies and quantitative research.
  • Experience with the Qualtrics EX platform, including survey creation, question logic, and data management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in English at a business level, with the ability to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues.
