Account Director (Retail, Enterprise) Job Description

  As an Account Director at Flipp, you will be responsible for leading successful partnerships with the largest retailers across North America. Your primary objective will be to drive the strategic objectives and revenue growth for each account.

  Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your leadership skills to manage a team of Account Managers, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams including Operations, Partner Technology, Partner Insights & Analytics, Finance, and Media Sciences.
  • Work closely with the Director of Partner Development to drive business results and meet annual quota goals.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to grow and deepen relationships with key senior contacts (Director+) and drive overall partnership vision.
  • Cultivate performance management, coaching, and scaling a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, supporting their career/growth plans through ongoing training and feedback.
  • Manage revenue and forecasting to meet quota goals, ensuring your team is delivering against specific revenue opportunities.
  • Act as an escalation point of contact for accounts, managing ambiguous or sensitive situations that may pose a risk to the partnership.
  • Embody Flipp's cultural principles, driving team health and cohesion, and identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies in PPS (People, Process, Systems).

  About You:

  • 7+ years of sales experience in CPG, Digital Media, or Technology.
  • Experience managing large, complex accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and alignment with Director+ level external contacts.
  • Experience managing/coaching team members.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to meet revenue goals and build strong partnerships based on joint value.

  Benefits:
