About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in central Mississauga.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with inquiries regarding shipping, guidelines, and products
- Service clients by phone and email in both inbound and outbound capacities
- Follow up on open orders with clients
- Enter new orders into the system
- Flag and communicate any issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

- 3+ years of customer service experience in an office or industrial environment
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems would be an asset
- Social media experience would be a strong asset

What We Offer:

- Salary range between 55k-65k, depending on experience
- Monday-Friday work week
- Hours of work between 8am-4:30pm
- Benefits after 3 months of service
- Vacation (2+ weeks to start)
- Accessible to public transit or parking available
- Great work environment, casual dress code
