Administrative Assistant Role at Aareal Homes Inc.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet organizational goals
- Evaluate daily operations and plan budget and expenditures
- Plan and organize daily operations, supervise other workers, and establish policies and procedures
- Record meeting minutes, oversee occupation classification, and schedule appointments
- Manage contracts, training strategies, and electronic enquiries
- Oversee report preparation, advise senior management, and order office supplies
- Maintain digital databases, consult with clients, and conduct performance reviews
- Evaluate work environments and programs to prevent disease or injury
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
