Job Title: Senior Cisco Voice Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cisco Voice Engineer to join our team at Quanteam North America. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on Cisco Voice infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 3 BAU support for Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express
  • Active participation in the upgrade of the above-mentioned systems to version 14.1, including planning, upgrading, and testing
  • Level 3 troubleshooting of those systems
  • Working with the vendor Cisco in case of issues
  • Documenting and/or updating documentation of the above
  • Cisco video server configuration/maintenance (VCS and Expressway)
  • Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) and Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB)
  • Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor
  • Integration of PSTN telephone with TEAMSVitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solution
  • Profile
Requirements:
  • Strong team player
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Level 3 engineer in the above-mentioned products
  • Can work independently
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, including Voice Gateways
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Callmanager, especially version 12 and above
  • Good working knowledge of Unity and UCCx
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB preferable
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints
  • Languages: English, French is a plus
