We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Voice Engineer to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. As a Senior Voice Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex voice infrastructure solutions using Cisco Unified Communications products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement voice infrastructure solutions using Cisco Unified Communications products, including Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified Call Center Express.
  • Level 3 Support: Provide level 3 support for voice infrastructure solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Upgrade and Migration: Participate in the upgrade and migration of voice infrastructure solutions to newer versions, including planning, upgrading, and testing.
  • Documentation: Document and update documentation for voice infrastructure solutions.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with Cisco vendors to resolve issues and implement new solutions.
  • Video Server Configuration: Configure and maintain Cisco video servers, including VCS and Expressway.


Requirements:

  • Strong Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in Cisco Unified Communications products, including Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified Call Center Express.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a level 3 engineer in voice infrastructure solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, including Voice Gateways, and Cisco Call Manager, especially version 12 and above.
  • Additional Skills: Good working knowledge of Unity and UCCx, and working knowledge of Oracle Client and ECB, and Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints.

  • Oracle Session Border Controller(Client) and Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB)
  • Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor
  • Integration of PSTN telephone with TEAMS
